A very shocking truth about my GF..should I leave her coz of it?

my gf and I have been dating for the past three months, last day we were about to be in bed and have sex, when I undressed her I came to realize that she does not have real boobs and wears artificial silicon bra to get a fake bulge! I am shocked coz I liked her just coz of her nice boobs but when I come to see this I have started to unlike her for this fake boob thing..

What’s a good oil pastel kit for me?
I want a good quality set-not a cheapy wal-mart one.
