looking for a healthy eating diet?

I have a very large appetite but I’m trying to eat healthy. I have found that a lot of healthy foods don’t seem to fill me up. Can anyone recommend any healthy but filling foods, or any snacks that I could eat between meals.

Why does everyone automatically equate requests for healthy eating to wanting to lose weight?

Some people are already at their proper weight and have an exercise program in place and just want to eat healthier. But every time I see a question about healthy eating folks automatically send in diet and exercise tips or website instead of the answer.
