I think you mean Stilnoct 5mg. And yes it is used to assist with sleep disorders. Zolpidem reduces the functioning of certain areas of the brain. This results in sleepiness, a decrease in anxiety and relaxation of muscles. I have taken it myself and whilst it has been very effective it caused too many vivid nightmares for my liking.
