They might possibly give her a peripheral nerve block, or leave an epidural in after the surgery. Those things will only be left in for a few days max, though.
If she’s unable to take any of the big-gun analgesics, they might consider treating the gastric problem in order to allow for the pain relief meds. Like, proton pump inhibiters, anti-vomiting meds, whatever the problem is.
Just a few ideas there. You’ll have to discuss this with the surgeon to know for sure. I suggest you deal with it well in advance of the surgery so there are no surprises.

Is there a way to temporarily wrap my kittens dislocated shoulder until I can get her to the vet tomorrow?
My boyfriend found her in the middle of the road. We don’t know if she has been hit by a car or anything. She looks to be about 3 weeks old, I can tell by comparing her to my kittens. We are going to try to bring her to a vet tomorrow, but with the hurricane fixing to hit, it is going to be hard to find one that is open (we live in south Louisiana). Is there a way to temporarily wrap or set her shoulder/arm to keep her from moving it around too much? As it is now, we have her wrapped in a towel and lying in a laundry basket so she can’t really move anyway. Should I even try to wrap it or just keep her wrapped tightly in the towel?

I would advise you to NOT wrap the injury for a few reasons. The most important reason being you could be doing more harm then good if the splint is not in the correct location/supporting the correct joint.
At this point there is no way of knowing how long it has been out of socket. My guess would be this injury will require sedation to pop the shoulder back into place, unfortunately. And then your vet will correctly splint the area.
What I do advise you to do is to keep her warm and offer her food. I recommend putting towels into the dryer for a few minutes and then lining the laundry basket with the warmed towels. As far as food goes, I am not sure if you have access to kitten formula or not. That would be ideal in this situation.
Good luck! I really advise you to go to the vet tonight considering you really do not want to prolong this injury without proper treatment.
